中寧枸杞產業論壇在京成功舉辦

1月19日(ri)下午(wu),中寧枸杞產(chan)業(ye)論壇(tan)在北京前門(men)建國酒店群(qun)星(xing)廳舉辦,來(lai)自枸杞產(chan)業(ye)的(de)各界(jie)人士齊聚(ju)一堂(tang),共(gong)同探討(tao)中寧枸杞產(chan)業(ye)的(de)發展與未來(lai)。
此次會議全方位展示了中寧枸(gou)杞的(de)獨特(te)風采和產(chan)(chan)(chan)業發展的(de)顯著成就。中寧縣副縣長伏(fu)剛發表(biao)了熱情洋溢的(de)歡迎辭,他強調,中寧作為(wei)寧夏枸(gou)杞的(de)核心產(chan)(chan)(chan)區(qu),擁有世界(jie)枸(gou)杞的(de)發源地(di)和正宗原產(chan)(chan)(chan)地(di)的(de)獨特(te)優勢。近年來,中寧縣積極實施“六大(da)工(gong)程(cheng)”,包括基地(di)穩杞、龍頭(tou)保杞、科技興(xing)杞、質量立杞、品牌強杞、文化活杞,同時加快構建產(chan)(chan)(chan)業標準(zhun)、綠色防(fang)控、質量檢驗(yan)、產(chan)(chan)(chan)品溯源“四大(da)體系”,推進(jin)現代枸(gou)杞全產(chan)(chan)(chan)業鏈(lian)條聚“鏈(lian)”成勢,新質生產(chan)(chan)(chan)力(li)向“新”發力(li)。
枸(gou)杞(qi)(qi)產(chan)業發展服(fu)務中(zhong)心(xin)副主(zhu)(zhu)任包(bao)曉燕在推(tui)介(jie)中(zhong)寧(ning)枸(gou)杞(qi)(qi)時表示,中(zhong)寧(ning)縣持續深化(hua)“龍(long)(long)頭企業+基地(di)+合(he)(he)作(zuo)社+農(nong)戶(hu)+社會化(hua)服(fu)務組織”的共享發展模式。今年(nian),早康(kang)、杞(qi)(qi)滋(zi)堂、永壽堂等公司已與農(nong)戶(hu)和(he)合(he)(he)作(zuo)社合(he)(he)作(zuo)種(zhong)(zhong)植(zhi)了(le)5.5萬畝(mu)枸(gou)杞(qi)(qi),實現了(le)產(chan)加(jia)(jia)銷一體(ti)化(hua)和(he)農(nong)文旅(lv)的融(rong)合(he)(he)發展。此外,中(zhong)寧(ning)縣還整合(he)(he)了(le)1億(yi)余元資金,從種(zhong)(zhong)植(zhi)、加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、科研、營銷、品(pin)牌等多個環節給(gei)予經營主(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)支持補助。目(mu)前,中(zhong)寧(ning)縣已建成新水農(nong)產(chan)品(pin)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)園區和(he)枸(gou)杞(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)城,積極(ji)推(tui)進枸(gou)杞(qi)(qi)產(chan)業高新技(ji)術示范園建設,擁有枸(gou)杞(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)企業124家,其中(zhong)市級以(yi)上龍(long)(long)頭企業達34家,培育出了(le)“寧(ning)夏(xia)紅”“早康(kang)”“璽(xi)贊”“杞(qi)(qi)滋(zi)堂”等自主(zhu)(zhu)知名(ming)品(pin)牌80個,占全區知名(ming)品(pin)牌總(zong)數的70%。
針對市(shi)(shi)場(chang)需(xu)求(qiu),中寧(ning)枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不斷適應(ying)并引領市(shi)(shi)場(chang)趨勢。精(jing)深(shen)加工企(qi)業(ye)積極創(chuang)新(xin)(xin),已研發出枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酵(jiao)素、枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)糖(tang)肽(tai)等(deng)20種(zhong)科(ke)研新(xin)(xin)品(pin),枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)及其精(jing)深(shen)加工產(chan)品(pin)達(da)到十大類120余種(zhong),擁有自主專(zhuan)利80多(duo)項(xiang)(xiang),其中發明專(zhuan)利46項(xiang)(xiang)。多(duo)項(xiang)(xiang)專(zhuan)利如枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)原漿(jiang)、枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)清汁、枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)果酒、枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)糖(tang)肽(tai)等(deng)已實(shi)現(xian)產(chan)業(ye)化生產(chan)。杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)滋堂(tang)更(geng)是以(yi)每(mei)(mei)月至少兩款(kuan)(kuan)、每(mei)(mei)年50款(kuan)(kuan)的速度進行新(xin)(xin)品(pin)開發和老品(pin)升級,從(cong)干(gan)果枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)到傳統枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)原漿(jiang),再到超微粉碎枸杞(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)原漿(jiang),不斷滿足(zu)更(geng)多(duo)場(chang)景下的消費(fei)需(xu)求(qiu)。
中(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)縣(xian)(xian)文(wen)旅(lv)(lv)廣電局副(fu)局長李瓊介紹了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)縣(xian)(xian)在(zai)推動枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)產業發(fa)展(zhan)同(tong)(tong)時(shi),積極探索“枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)+文(wen)旅(lv)(lv)”融合發(fa)展(zhan)模式的成果。他們以(yi)枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)文(wen)化(hua)為(wei)載體(ti)(ti),聚焦中(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)蒿子面、黃羊錢鞭、剪紙等(deng)(deng)獨具特色(se)的非遺(yi)和民俗文(wen)化(hua),通(tong)過音樂、小(xiao)品(pin)、舞(wu)(wu)蹈等(deng)(deng)藝(yi)術(shu)形(xing)式創(chuang)作了(le)“紅枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)”文(wen)藝(yi)精品(pin),并打造(zao)了(le)黃羊錢鞭舞(wu)(wu)臺劇等(deng)(deng),讓游(you)客在(zai)欣賞藝(yi)術(shu)的同(tong)(tong)時(shi)深入了(le)解中(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)文(wen)化(hua)。此外(wai),中(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)縣(xian)(xian)還打造(zao)了(le)國家3A級(ji)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)景區,包括璽贊生(sheng)態(tai)枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)莊園、杞(qi)(qi)(qi)滋堂健(jian)康體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)館、天湖生(sheng)態(tai)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)區等(deng)(deng),并創(chuang)意開發(fa)了(le)一(yi)批(pi)枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)康養生(sheng)態(tai)民宿(su)。在(zai)縣(xian)(xian)區星(xing)級(ji)酒(jiu)店(dian)、主題酒(jiu)店(dian)、特色(se)民宿(su)和規(gui)模以(yi)上酒(jiu)店(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)設置了(le)枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)康養中(zhong)(zhong)心,增加(jia)了(le)枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)宴(yan)、沙(sha)療(liao)、鹽(yan)浴等(deng)(deng)康養服務項(xiang)目。同(tong)(tong)時(shi),開發(fa)推廣了(le)一(yi)批(pi)中(zhong)(zhong)醫藥特色(se)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)主題線(xian)路,將枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)種植基地、枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)交易中(zhong)(zhong)心、枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)藥用研(yan)發(fa)生(sheng)產企業等(deng)(deng)資源納入全(quan)縣(xian)(xian)特色(se)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)線(xian)路,讓游(you)客在(zai)觀光(guang)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)中(zhong)(zhong)親身感受中(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)枸(gou)(gou)(gou)杞(qi)(qi)(qi)的魅(mei)力(li)。
中國中醫(yi)科學院(yuan)中藥(yao)研(yan)究所研(yan)究員張志杰的發言(yan)將(jiang)會議(yi)推向(xiang)了高潮。她從專(zhuan)業角度深入(ru)剖析了中寧(ning)枸杞(qi)(qi)的藥(yao)用價值(zhi)和保健功效,強(qiang)調了中寧(ning)枸杞(qi)(qi)在中醫(yi)藥(yao)領域的重要地位和廣闊應(ying)用前(qian)景,為(wei)中寧(ning)枸杞(qi)(qi)的產業發展提(ti)供了堅實的理論支撐。
在枸杞(qi)產業論(lun)壇環節,與會專家圍繞枸杞(qi)產業的(de)(de)科技創新、產品質(zhi)量提升、市場拓(tuo)展(zhan)等議題展(zhan)開了(le)熱烈討論(lun),分享了(le)各自的(de)(de)經驗和(he)見解,為中(zhong)寧枸杞(qi)產業的(de)(de)發展(zhan)提供了(le)寶(bao)貴(gui)的(de)(de)思路和(he)建(jian)議。
在品(pin)牌(pai)營(ying)銷(xiao)論壇環(huan)節(jie)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),主(zhu)持(chi)人與農業農村部中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國農業電(dian)影電(dian)視中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心特別節(jie)目中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心主(zhu)任任民、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)枸(gou)(gou)杞產業發(fa)(fa)展服務中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心副(fu)主(zhu)任包曉(xiao)燕、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)醫科學院(yuan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)藥研(yan)究所研(yan)究員張志杰等嘉賓共同(tong)探討(tao)了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)枸(gou)(gou)杞的品(pin)牌(pai)營(ying)銷(xiao)策略。他們一(yi)致(zhi)認為(wei),應進一(yi)步加強(qiang)品(pin)牌(pai)宣傳推廣,創(chuang)新營(ying)銷(xiao)模式,提升(sheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)枸(gou)(gou)杞與文(wen)旅(lv)的品(pin)牌(pai)知(zhi)名度和市場(chang)競爭力,推動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)寧(ning)枸(gou)(gou)杞產業與文(wen)旅(lv)產業的融合發(fa)(fa)展,實現高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展。
