將“質量月”升格為“質量季” 沈陽興齊眼藥強化質量活動實效出高招

8月29日(ri),沈(shen)陽(yang)興齊(qi)眼藥股份有限(xian)公司(以下簡(jian)稱(cheng)“興齊(qi)眼藥”)舉辦(ban)了一場(chang)“質量季”活動(dong)(dong)發布(bu)會,標志著(zhu)從8月開始策劃、宣傳(chuan)、預(yu)啟動(dong)(dong)的(de)“質量季”活動(dong)(dong)進入高潮階段。與一般發布(bu)會不(bu)同的(de)是(shi),發布(bu)者是(shi)首席質量官薛曉(xiao)柏,參加者是(shi)來自公司黨委、生產(chan)中心(xin)(xin)、研發中心(xin)(xin)、質量中心(xin)(xin)、營銷(xiao)中心(xin)(xin)等12個部門的(de)近200名員工。
“質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)之魂(hun),存于(yu)匠心。質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang),是(shi)企業(ye)穩健發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)堅實基石,是(shi)品牌屹立(li)市場的(de)(de)(de)(de)靈(ling)魂(hun)所在。”隨(sui)著主(zhu)持人(ren)李玥的(de)(de)(de)(de)開場,薛曉柏(bo)首先回(hui)答了(le)所有人(ren)最關注的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題。她介(jie)紹,根據總(zong)經理高峨的(de)(de)(de)(de)提議,今(jin)年(nian)(nian)興齊眼藥首次將(jiang)“質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)月”升級(ji)為“質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)季(ji)”,主(zhu)要是(shi)因(yin)為在前些年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)月”活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)中,受(shou)“月”的(de)(de)(de)(de)概念(nian)限制,質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)安(an)排過滿(man),大家難(nan)免覺得忙亂,總(zong)體(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)效果難(nan)以(yi)達到預期。“季(ji)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)概念(nian)并不是(shi)季(ji)節的(de)(de)(de)(de)含義,而是(shi)指一段具(ju)有特定特征或(huo)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)期,比(bi)如(ru)畢業(ye)季(ji)、賽季(ji),“質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)季(ji)”是(shi)指以(yi)全國“質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)月”為基準(zhun)集中開展(zhan)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)兩三(san)個月時(shi)間(jian)段,具(ju)體(ti)時(shi)長根據每年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)情況和(he)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)策劃來定。

據(ju)介紹,今年“質量(liang)季(ji)”活(huo)動(dong)將圍繞四個維(wei)度展開:質量(liang)文化塑造方(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian),設(she)計(ji)有高(gao)層管理(li)講文化、班(ban)組(zu)設(she)計(ji)LOGO大賽、質量(liang)管理(li)模(mo)式(shi)發(fa)表(biao)等(deng)活(huo)動(dong);質量(liang)能(neng)力提升(sheng)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian)設(she)計(ji)有質量(liang)大講堂、專項知識競(jing)賽、六項技能(neng)大比武(wu);質量(liang)創(chuang)新實踐(jian)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian),設(she)計(ji)有智能(neng)技術(shu)賦能(neng)管理(li)實踐(jian)、改進創(chuang)新活(huo)動(dong)分享(xiang)等(deng);質量(liang)成果推廣(guang)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian),設(she)計(ji)有“重點項目(mu)推廣(guang)”“最(zui)美(mei)質量(liang)人”“EHS之(zhi)星(xing)”“現場SOP執(zhi)行之(zhi)星(xing)”“質量(liang)合(he)規SOP之(zhi)星(xing)”等(deng)評選(xuan)。
